However, I don't know of a solution.However, I doubt your hardware in incompatible with XP, just hard to find drivers. My X205-Sli3 Toshiba ships Vista only, but I was able to track down all the drivers I need to get everything (lan, wlan, bluetooth, etc etc) working just fine, even with dual graphis cards Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I may have to use an alternative....... and I tried installing XP, and being no stranger to installing systems and hunting down drivers I was shocked. I couldn't locate or track down half of them. ihatecaptchas Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 I hate the whole WMP11..not just the library..:D:DReally.. use another player..WMP11 has so many 'automations' :P and useless functions that its just not practical anymore (well I guess depends on what you wanna do of course)...but there are many good players for everything..e.g. for video u can try Media Player Classic, VLC, BSPlayer ..there many really..I don't know any good one for music..I'm still using an old Winamp version(which I wouldn't change for anything..so lightweight..its almost invisible...)
