However when I try to do the same on my laptop, clicking on the install.exe program, as given in the instructions, has no effect.Can anyone suggest what I might try doing to make some progress?Thank you. Boris Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 I asked because I just wondered whether it was a Vista laptop and so the software wasn't compatible ?The fact that you can see the install.exe presumably means that the laptop must be reading the CD OK.
