BringMeASunkist
I just got Vista today and I'm too disappointed. However, there is one quick question I have. I just downloaded some handy gadgets for my desktop, but I do not need them always visible. I'm sure I'm just missing a check box somewhere, but is there a way to auto hide, like you can with the taskbar? Thanks in advance
AlanHo
I do not believe you can auto hide the gadget sidebar. You choose whether to have it always on top - or not. If you have a wide screen monitor I find it best to always have the sidebar on top - in which case it will always show and your other programmes will occupy the remaining width of the screen. If you elect not to have it always on top - your other programmes will fill the screen and hide it.
