Grant Posted September 6, 2008 Report Share Posted September 6, 2008 Yesterday I was running Avast! home edition(boot scan) and about 20 minutes into the scan a blue screen came up saying, STOP: c0000135 {Unable to Locate Component} This application had failed to start because GDI32.dll was not found.
