If you are looking at this from the standpoint of a computer you wont see much difference as all three of these services can travel over RJ-45 (network) cables from a modem or router to your PC. Of course, with all 3 there must also be a termination point such as a Modem. This would be the best place to check.T1 will use copper wire.
