doug Posted October 23, 2008 Report Share Posted October 23, 2008 A distant friend has just had her PC "unfrozen" by PC World and they have re-installed her OS. From what I can make out it's XP with SP2. Not sure whether it's the Home or Pro version. She now needs to re-load all her apps. etc. I've told her to get updated to SP3 before it's too late. She's struggling with the links for M& that I sent. Could someone suggest a link for her to visit and note if she has to select for here OS version. Ta all.
