El Magnifico Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 Hello,I am facing an annoying problem of a pause at system startup. I log in my account and the desktop loads, I can move the curser or open the start menu,but it hangs if i go to network connections or open my computer..I checked services.msc and found that WORKSTATION Serivce is "Starting" and sometimes WEBCLIENT Service is "Stopping"..after 2-3 minutes the computer continues loading all other startup objects (kaspersky and internet connections including wireless) and both services become "Started".. I tried uninstalling Kaspersky it didn't work.after some search i disabled the wireless adaptor from device manager and restarted and the system worked just fine..I tried different drivers but it didn't help, I even formatted and it works fine for a few restarts then it comes back..I dont know what to do..please help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
