Belatucadrus Posted November 8, 2008 Report Share Posted November 8, 2008 First thing to do :-Check it can read a DVD, try using it to play a prereq movie, if nothing happens then it may be a DVD read laser fault in which case it's probably simplest to swap the DVD Rom.If on the other hand it does work, try getting a cleaning disk and running that.
