vinoman
My friend is having trouble opening music files in WinXP. Go to: http://www.redhotjazz.com/When clicking on music file to play, this error message comes up:"could not be opened because the associated helper application does not exist. change the application in your preferences. "Where are the preferences to change? Why is this happening? How to correct this problem? Thanks.

AlanHo
When I tried to open a track using Real Player - I got a message saying that Real Player needed to download a codec to play it.I allowed it to do this and the tracks now play without a problem.
