Carlo Gambino
Hello! I've done everything here that I can think of, but it's just not working. My wireless connection was working just fine until I took the laptop in for a memory upgrade. When I got it back home, I hooked everything up, and although the wireless connection claims to be established, clearly it is not. I can ping the local host, but pinging the router and any outside site gives 100% packet loss. I released and tried to renew IP settings to no avail. I checked my router config and all looks well. I can connect the laptop via Ethernet, but no matter what I try, the wireless just will not work. Any chance you can point me to look at something I'm missing? catgate
Presumably SID and WEP are in order?
Carlo Gambino
Yes. I have 3 machines on this network that are working fine, this 4th laptop just isn't. I've checked and double checked with no luck.
