Windows Explorer has Encountered a Problem

Hey this is my first post here and I hope someone out there can help me out. I have already looked for this but didn't find anything that fit exactly what happens to me. I have just started getting "WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE" error messages. When I go to open "My Documents" it gives me that message. It just started a few days ago and I don't know why. I have AVG anti virus and spybot search and destroy. One thing that was weird was when I went to open it at first it would open when I was in tile view and then give me the error after a minute, but after I switched it to thumbnail view it gave me the message every time i opened it right away. This is the error signature:

AppName: explorer.exe

That's all I have and I have looked at this post before but it isn't the same sort of thing. I did some of the things they mentioned but I still could not get it to work. Once again any help would be greatly appreciate. Thanks!

One more thing, I have ok to terminate - click and the screen closes

cancel to debug - comes up with a drwtsn32.exe application error, close that and the screen refreshes.

The exe file you refer to is Dr Watson - a busybody file that is supposed to watch over your system but, all I've found it doing is making a nuisance of itself.
