bkutt
I need someone to help. I don't know what else to try. I have two printers attached to my tower by USB cables. I have contacted Quickbooks, eMachines, and HP. Everyone is giving me a run around. I need to fix my computer now. I am running a small business in a daily traffic flow of24,000 people a day. The three companies did the same identical procedures. The print spooler is still not working. I have been trying to fix my computer for three days. I have tried to restart the printer spooler. I go to control panel, hardware, and even try to add the printers back, but the printer icons are deleted as if there is no printers at all on my computer. I have checked the device manager for any yellow, red, or questionable marks. There is nothing. I restored computer back a couple days. Printer spool was still not working. I went back about a week. The printer spooler is still not working.
