AlexJezior Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 So I have had Photoshop CS3 for a while and then one day when I tried to access it again it decided to crash upon loading it. It has worked before and I have tried removing the preferences file but nothing seems to help. I have even looked all over the web for something to fix it but I can't seem to find anything. And yes I have even tried re-installing.So here is a couple Screen shots to show my point of view.I really hope you guys can help. It would be so much appreciated!Thanks! If you didn't use that special uninstall tool that may explain the problems you are having now.Also, is your version of SC3 the Beta version mentioned by Adobe? If so you should update it with the final release mentioned in this article.The error notices you posted indicate a conflict or problem between CS3 & Windows. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted February 5, 2009 Report Share Posted February 5, 2009 Welcome to the Windows Forum.The images you posted are too small to see what the error actually is; try to get more information on the error from the Event Viewer.Most likely the crash is caused by Photoshop, and I would therefore recommend that you consult the Adobe Photoshop forum at http://www.adobeforums.com/webx/.ee6b366/.
