leah
The other day I could not get my internet to work, so I called Belkin and they helped me to reset my router. Ever since then, my wireless connection on my laptop (Mac that is running windows xp) has been funny. It won't stay connected for more than 5 minutes at a time and it keeps connecting to other wireless networks. While it is connected to my wireless it always says "not connected" under connection status. Every time I try to open properties or something to change the settings, even the little details button it gives me this "an unexpected error occurred" message or it just shuts out completely. Anybody know what I can do about this?! Please help!Thank you, Leah
catgate
It sounds as though you are getting interference from some other network(s), and you possibly need to reset your encryption (WEP). This might help:-http://www.microsoft.com/athome/moredone/wirelesssetup.mspx
