Damezzi Posted April 3, 2009 Report Share Posted April 3, 2009 What is the best way to burn a cd (data or music) ensuring it will play in other players. I've had this problem with increasing intensity: I burn the cd on my computer, it doesn't read on another and vice-versa and it isn't restricted to my computer. I try to buy cds from other brands an the problem continues. I've already tried different burning speeds, closing the cd at the end, changing the standard etc. Is it just me? As andsome states, the one intrinsic to Windows is pretty hopeless.Nero is by far the most popular optical disk burning suite and it should be easily able to burn any type of dick you wish. As the adagietto is the extremely popular extract from Mahler's work, I just read that as what was posted. I must visit Specsavers again soon. Pat, out of curiosity, have you ever heard Mahler's tenth symphony? It still isn't very well known. But the ones I listen most are no. 1, 2, and 8.But although our off-topic discussion is very interesting, we must not forget that Damezzi's problem is not resolved yet. Adagio may not be the precise translation for the italian naming (lento would be the literal translation; slow for english), but I've already seen it classified as adagio, so... but that is not so important. What matters is that it is beautiful.As for my problem, I think I must have had bad luck with drives, since everyone I ask has no problems burning cds. Anyway, thanks for remembering it.
