Pumpkin
Hi folks. Sorry about signing up just to ask a question, without helping out anybody else (though I did look the forum over to see if I could), but I could really use a tip here.My situation is this: I have roughly 1,000 DVDs full of miscellaneous files — video clips, mostly. I don't know what I have, so I'm looking for software to help me. Ideally, I'd find a program that would automatically analyse any inserted DVD, adding a list of the files on it to a database (along with file sizes, and if possible, video/photo resolution information) before ejecting the disc. Bonus points if it seperates the information according to the disc label. Has anyone heard of a program that can do this? I'd be willing to pay if necessary. I've searched Google and Lifehacker, but turned up nothing. Anyone who can point me in the right direction can have my firstborn son.
