windows explorer

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Being new to this forum, I looked everywhere for the way to post a new topic: this is the only place I could find ...It may not be tne right one ...

My problem relates to Windows Explorer: each time I launch a search for a file name (or content), a small window keeps popping up saying "the backup archive you have chosen is password-protected"...To the best of my knowledge, there is no backup archive on my internal hard disk since I always use Acronis True Image to save data to an external hard disk.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this irritating pop-up window ?
