Dencandy
Timeouts are usually caused either by very slow connections from the ISP or by some item of software impeding the connection. The first problem can be solved by complaining to the ISP, or by getting an upgraded connection (such as ADSL or G3) or by transferring to another ISP who provide a faster connection. The second may be solved by changing some settings or by using another item of software. Panda have a users forum (PANDA FORUM) which you can browse for solutions. Or try another anti-virus program, such as AVG Free (HERE). With regard to the .78 GB limit you mention, you should contact the ISP to increase it.
