Chromepro Posted August 7, 2009 Report Share Posted August 7, 2009 I have an hp desktop and I wanted to install vista on it i wiped the HD clean and proceeded to install. Normally, it doesn't contain most of the files needed for a reinstall, they're in a hidden partition. A lot of manufacturers do that nowadays.
