Lamb Chop
I keep getting this message from Comodo Firewall that Services.exe is trying to modify a registry key. What does this mean?
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Services.exe is not something that does things by itself; it provides Windows services of various kinds to be used by other applications. It is therefore very difficult to say what is asking services to modify the registry. Does the message give any clue which registry key is being modified?

Does the message give any clue which registry key is being modified? No unfortunately but I will monitor it.Also Pat I used F8 yesterday as yet another program went troppo and not responding - had a line on there sayingStart with last configuration where everything was working properly. Definitely do not download Live from M$! So started and cross everything apart from services.exe being busy doing whatever - everything is working
