Partitioning hard drives

I have been trying to partition my C: drive. It is too small and I need to make it bigger.

When I reinstalled Windows 7 Professoinal, i tried to change the partitions there, but the erase and move and everything were all grayed out.

When I try to do it in Computer Management, I cannot expand C:. I can expand and shrink all the other drives (My brother split this into 4 partitions: c, d, e, f). But I cannot change C. I am also unable to move the unallocated space.

I downloaded Easeus to use, but all the options are grayed as well.

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this? Please help me.
