spacewater
I am trying to change the name of a file in Windows/System folder and its telling me I need a permission to do so. I am the sole owner of this windows vista 64bit. Can someone help me how to change the permission so I can solve this problem in the future without asking? thanks

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Right-click | Properties, tab Security will show you the permissions. You can also modify the permissions there (if you are the administrator).

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Maybe the folder permissions block it?
