It mentioned $59 on the webpage.Having never used the support site before I don't know how it works.Oh and also mentions - I think- only being those in us & Canada. I live in the Uk. Just got in and put on pc, and found some photo files that hubby had deleted last night & which were in recycle bin. The brilliant thing is, after emptying recycle bin, it actually empties & stays empty!!Whatever it was that I'd done yesterday has obviously done the trick - with your help - and the problem appears to be now resolved. I don't think I mentioned it in some of the solutions I posted but, usually, you would have had to reboot the computer after each attempt of resolving the issue with each of the solutions.
