system are not connect to internet through bluetooth enabled mobile- p

i am trying to connect laptop with internet through bluetooth enabled

mobile.but i am not sucessfull. my system have Windows XP SP-2

i am not see any option how make pair the system and mobile.

however, i am follow this guideline from this link:

Creating Direct Serial Link:

1. Control Panel -> Modems -> New Modem

2. Select "Don't detect my modem; I will select it from a list."

3. Click "Next." Highlight "Communications cable between two computers"

4. Click "Next."

5. On the next screen, under the question "On which ports do you want

to install it?" choose "Selected ports." Then highlight the serial

port used by your BT adapter for Serial Port, etc COM4 for mine.

6. Click "Next," and when available, click "Finish."

Confuring the COM Port:

1. Control Panel -> Modems

2. In the "Phone and Modem Options" window, highlight the modem added

above and click "Properties."

3. Click the "Modem" tab. Change the "Maximum Port Speed" to 115200

(or higher, if available).

4. Click "OK" and then close the "Phone and Modem Options" window.

Set Up Incoming Connections:

1. Right click on "My network Places" select Properties

2. Select "Create a new connection."

3. Click "Next" in the "New Connection Wizard" window.

4. Click the "Set up an advanced connection" radio button.

5. Click "Next."

6. Click the "Accept incoming connections radio button.

7. Check ONLY the box containing the modem created previously

(probably named "Communications cable between two computers").

8. Click "Next."

9. Click "Do not allow virtual private connections."

10. Click "Next."

11. At the "User Permissions" screen, check the new user you want to

have dialin permissions.

12. Click "Next,"

13. Click "Finish"

on step 5 of Creating Direct Serial Link:

it shows the connected for one second , next second it show

disconneced. packet data connection unavaliable.

on step 11 of Confuring the COM Port: "User Permission" screen shows

following names with check boxes:

-Administrator

- Guest

-HelpAssistant (Remote Desktop Help Assistant Account)

-SUPPORT_388945a0 (CN=Microsoft Corportion, L=Redmond,

S=Washington, C=US)

if click on Administrator

then Next

New Connection Wizard screen shows

by default File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks checked

Next then finish (Completing the New Connection Wizard)

but i am not sucessfull in this regard.

however through this mobile it run the internet on my other system

which have Windows Vista (Home Basic).

please help me in this regard.

i am using bluetooth enabled phone Nokia 3110c.

although internet run on another system through this phone which have Windows Vista but one laptop which have Windows XP i feel diffculty to connect the internet through this phone.

one more thing i am not see any option for paringto connect the laptop and phone in Windows XP SP-2.

this phone run the internet fine on another system which have windows vista, is it necessary these paring should be removed so that phone and windows xp based laptop ask for paring?

your guidence will be appreciable.
