Ihazproblem Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 I've tried to install service pack 1 many times, and I've gotten several responses from my computer about the installation such as successful to unsuccessful to freezing. It appears in my "updates to install" and doesn't go away. I don't think it's installed because applications that say it needs it to work properly aren't working properly and it only makes sense... but anyway, does this problem sound familiar to anyone?
