I was installing windows 7 yesterday, when the install was at the end there was a power blackout. And when the power came back and i started the computer i couldent get back to the installation prosess. I just get the "starting windows" screen for a long time, then a reboot, and on and on. When i try to boot the windows installation again, i just come back to the "starting windows" screen.

Can someone please help med with this problem?

Thanks.

No, when i try that i just get to the startup screen. And sometimes i get past that. Then i get this message:

"The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click "ok" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."

When i click ok, its the same all over again.

Welcome to the Windows Forum.

Do you have an install disk? Can you boot into the install disk, and start the installation again from scratch?
