AlanHo
My list of IE Favorites has grown and grown - and is now groaning under the weight of numerous obsolete entries. I therefore decided to indulge in some editing to pare the list down to size.I had to do some Googling to determine how to print a list of Favorites.....which is...............Stage 1 - Save list of Favoritesin IE go to File>Import and Export to bring up the wizardCheck "Export to a File" and click nextIn the next screen select "Favorites2 and click NextIf you favorites are organised into folders you can now choose all favorites (the top folder) or just a specific sub folderNow choose where you want to save the file - browseClick "Export" and the file Bookmark.htm is saved to your chosen locationStage 2 - Print your list of favoritesUsing windows explorer, browse to your saved file - double click to open itIt will open in IE as a page of names with clickable links - addresses are not visibleGo to File>Print and under the options tab check the "Print Table of Links" box - then OKClick on "Print" button and your printer will provide you with a list of Favorites and their URLTip:I had to set IE to print in landscape mode to get the full information on the page.In my case it printed 54 pages. (I told you I had got a lot)
