Hello, i am the network administrator and take care of group computers and Domain Controler. all other computers are domain memmbers. when i first came here to work there was problem with viruses and it was almost imposible to use any shared printer/folder.

there were errors saying The Network not presented or not started, also that is imposible to connect to remote printer. Spooler is not running. and also a pop up message about win 32 generic process error every time when computers were started.

i reinstalled operating system (windows xp prof. sp2 ) and thought the problem of viruses was solved but same problems conitnu to appear.

then i found a fix on Microsofts site and downloaded and installed it. That solved the problem and during 7 month till yesterday there no such an errro. today in the morning when i came all the staff was saying "unable to browse some folder" unable to print and etc..

i still have those fixes installed, even so problem appeared again..

maybe someone knows any "NEW" solution?

Thanks in advance

Welcome.

Hmmm.....

You dont say what in the way of virus or malware scans you have done at the moment. Definitions up-to-date ? Microsoft Windows Updates all done ? Service pack 3 now installed ?

Have you tried your registry backup ? sometimes a step back in time with registry or even using good old system restore will get things back, and up and running. Have you got a system backup you can roll out ?

maybe someone knows any "NEW" solution?

New solution for a network, or a system fault ? That's the real question.

Talk of viruses, Win32 errors, and Microsoft patches points a lot towards it being a system fault.

This sounds more like a job for "IT / Systems Admin" more than your title of "Network Admin." I think I would be trying to pass the buck backwards if it is a System rather than Network fault.

Try System Restore back to when it was working ok. If no good, pass it backwards to someone with systems expertise.

No shame in saying " I dont quite know what the fault is, my area is networking and I would appreciate a bit of help please."
