Transferring Files and Settings from One Windows Profile (User Account

I'm looking for a solution on how to move all my files and settings from my current Windows profile (user account) to a new Windows profile (new user account) that I created.

Is there a way to do this?

I would be working from both accounts.

Dont worry too much (at all) about the word "corrupted" in the title

You haven't said what your operating system is. :( Perhaps it's a secret, Secret. :D

Shouldn't be too hard to "Google" for other Operating Systems though.
