Simultaneous Lan/WiFi use

I've got an XP machine and a Vista Laptop, the laptop having a 10/100 Ethernet and a G Wireless. Is there any way to get Windows to use BOTH adaptors, or at least use Ethernet, then when that reaches capacity, use wireless as well???

Or is there a way to make them both act as a single connection?
