peter986532
Hi,I have a Dell Studio XPS 16 running Windows 7 64 bit and I am unable to play any media at all. I open youtube on chrome, ie, or firefox and the browser shows the loading animation but then crashes. I open realplayer, songbird, or windows media player, and same thing, it'll just crash. A restart usually fixes the problem, but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to prevent it from happening. I don't even know where to begin. Thanks! You can then play media and all is fine ?When you say crash, is this a "Bluescreen" crash ?Have you recently installed any new software that could be causing problems ? Updated any drivers, codecs, or installed any codec packs ?When did the problems start ? Can you get back to a point in time with System Restore before the problem started ?
