octone
I used Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit installed on DELL Inspiron 1440 notebook...I was surprised when I see my DVD Drive wasn't detected after a few minutes (drive letter missing too).Is this normal if we run Windows 7? AlanHo
With Windows 7 the DVD/CD drives only show in Windows Explorer if there is a disc in the drive. If the drive is empty - it won't show.If this is not the reason it is not showing - is the drive found via...........Control Panel > Administrative tools > Computer management > Disk Management >
