Windows Shell Replacement?

Hi,

[if this is the wrong forum, I apologize, but i believe this can be labelled as Software Discussion]

I've been searching for quite a while now, but never found any.

I'm searching for a Shell Replacement of Windows that focuses more on beauty, visual appearance and

maybe effects than on functionality.

However all Shells I've found either copied right of the windows layout or just replaced the taskbar, but

kept the standard explorer and everything else in.

So like Interfaces/Menus in Games, or Interfaces, Menus or OS's in Computers in Games, Movies, Anime, etc.

often look beautiful with nice effects and so on (animated windows, maybe holographic look and so on)

But Windows still looks like the old base windows somehow... well it looks a bit better than the old windows

but it didn't change all that much. (Even with Aero)

So basically i'm just wondering if there any good Shell Replacement (or other way) to get some beauty, effects

and stuff into windows?
