-pops-
If the disk is damaged, take it back for a replacement.
asnbd
If the disk is damaged, take it back for a replacement.I'll have to mail the damaged software DVD back to the seller, and then he mail it back to me...the mailing fees will be too high.the best way is that I can get downloaded W7 Ultimate and burn to a disc.(like ubuntu or opensuse download).thanks. -pops-
I'm finding this difficult to comprehend. If you were supplied with faulty goods then it is the seller's responsibility to put things in order for you. W7 of whichever version is an expensive item and to say that mailing fees would be too high doesn't quite ring true (how much does a DVD cost to post?)Do I detect an air of subterfuge in this thread? ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Either way, Windows has never been available as a legitimate download. (Except beta versions, of course.)
andsome
E mail a complaint to the seller, and request a postage paid sticker for the return envelope. I can't see what the problem is if faulty goods have been supplied.Where do you live? Is there no retail protection in your country?

-pops-
Under these circumstances, there is a good chance that your copy of W7 is fake.If the seller refuses to help you, contact eBay (and PayPal if you used that method of payment) and make a complaint. Also contact Microsoft and explain the situation to them.
