DevixLuvic
Hey all,I have decided to give an older laptop to my friend. It was using Windows XP, but it was very slow. I re-installed Windows 98SE on it, and then set up basic functionality. Now I want to have internet, which is a problem, as it does not have a ethernet port built in. I would like to use a DLink WNA 1330 card with it, but it has errors with the driver. I will record those errors and post them later, if you need them.I have a device that plugs into the printer port for ethernet, would that be useful at all?-Devix
-pops-
Where have you looked for drivers? A Google search may come up with something more suitable than the one you have already e.g. http://download.cnet.com/D-Link-WNA-1330-Notebook-Adapter/3000-2112_4-90583.html
crovax85
make sure you have the right drivers for the card. and make sure they are compatible with Win 98.
