Ian C Posted July 1, 2010 Report Share Posted July 1, 2010 When my pc starts up the desktop appears with all my icons and then the screen goes blank and comes back without my quick start icons. When I hold my curser over where the icons should be dialogue appears telling me what the icon is a shortcut for but there is no visible shortcut!
