Contact your ISP about internet connection speed as a first port of call. (If connection speed is your issue)

Otherwise.

Think about the possibility of re-installing Windows7 or restoring to the first disk image made of your system.

Use "System Restore" if you feel you can pinpoint a place in time before this behaviour took place.

Windows 7 does not suffer with log-in lag, so you will have to backtrack to find out how you, or any piece of software you have installed is holding back the normal Windows 7 loading process.

You mention computers as a plural without saying whether this is one operating system "rolled out" over multiple computers.

You mention network with very little information as to the size of the network.

Do you have an I.T. Manager who could perhaps help you ?
