RIchard Levicki
Hi, I have been trying to solve this problem for hours, I have read many threads, many from Windows without any solutions that work, I have tried various solutions, none work, my computer locates an Unidentified Network, and says it doesnt have internet access, there is only one network in my home and it does have internet access, I am accessing the network from another computer now in this email. I need a solution to this problem and my feeling is that it is a Windows issue and that it is a problem that goes way back and is causing people a lot of problems. Can someone help me solve this please, that is Microoft people. ANy one who has had this problem and faced this extremely problematic issue and has a solution, any help would be greatly appreciated. bludgard
Not knowing what steps you have tried to resolve this issue puts one in the proverbial pickle.Have you tried checking Automatically detect settings in tour LAN settings?(Screenshot)Or entering IP address and/or DNS server manually? RIchard Levicki
Not knowing what steps you have tried to resolve this issue puts one in the proverbial pickle.Have you tried checking Automatically detect settings in tour LAN settings?(Screenshot)Or entering IP address and/or DNS server manually?Hi, thanks a lot, well the reason I didnt list is that I tried so many, first I tried to delete Bonjour, and apple software that was an alledged culprit, then I searched for a service that everyone was saying could be a culprit, disable and enable a number of things, manually configure, delete other major pragrammes that are suggested as causes, then played around a bit with everything. I have solved it now, I removed a Network Card, and that seemed to do it, it seemed that windows was seeing the card and that was preventing it seeing the motherboards ethernet connection, I guess but dont know as I am not a tech person, just desperate to get back.Anyhow, after a full wasted day, lets hope this Windows 7 doesnt give me any more problems. By the way, its not letting me back up to my NAs as it says that Home Premium cant back up to Network, only Professional, I have Professional in 32 Bit, but have 64 bit 7 isnatlled, contacted Microsoft but no answer, does anyne know if I can use the 32 Bit Professional Serial for 54 Bit and where I can get the disk (Should Microsoft do that for me??)ThanksRich
