Guest lb Posted September 21, 2003 Report Share Posted September 21, 2003 benefits:- it ensures that the os has the latest information regarding the cpu and ensures effective communication between the two,Install the drivers over the existing ones....yes, it should just overwrite the existing filesscrew up other settings - sometimes, but that is what WHQL is for - to ensure that doesnt happen.
