Hi,john4life.

Welcome to Windows Forum.

A little more info if you please....

What Backup Manager are you using?

What action is responsible for invoking this message?Or did you find it in Event Viewer?

Do you get an error code?(An alphanumeric display)

How long has this been going on-do you possibly have any Restore Points that you can use that predates this issue?

Or better yet an Image Backup of your Windows (C:) drive or HDD?

"Not Responding" means that the program is not working correctly.

"How do I correct this", depends on what is causing the problem and why.

I have never had this particular message but will help as best I can. There may be others that follow that are familliar with this and may offer suggestions to help try to resolve the problem.
