Problems installing Ubuntu

Ok, i been having problems installing Ubuntu.... I have this....

Disk deva/sda :160.0Gb / 160041885696 bytes

255 heads, 63 sectors / track, 19457 cylinders

units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

Sector size (logical/physical) : 512 bytes / 512 bytes

I/O size (minimal/optimal) : 512 bytes / 512 bytes

Disk Identifier : 0x06de873f

Device Boot Start End Blocks ID System

/dev/sda1 * 1 8437 67770010 7 HPFS NTFS

/dev/sda2 8438 / 19548 / 88519681 / 5 / Extended

Thats It, last line I kinda got confused were they go...

Now I am getting an root error when I am at the partition page.....
