Hi All,

I am using my HTC Desire HD with USB Teethering in an attempt to connect my Desktop computer to the internet.

HTC Sync, drivers, etc are installed onto my Windows 7 x64 Desktop.

However I am only getting an intermittent internet connection. Sometimes the phone & windows play nice (and I can browse the web) and sometimes they don't (which usually results in me browsing the ceiling and cursing!).

Here is an IPCONFIG output from an instance when I was not able to browse the web:

Hi there.

The first port of call I am going to suggest to you is HTC "Customer Service" where they offer both telephone and email support.

You do not say in your profile which country you are in so I will just give you the link for the "Hotline" which is **HERE**

And the email support which is **HERE**

The reason for this being that they may be able faster to answer any ongoing newly discovered compatibility problems with Windows 7 64bit and any firmware updates you may have tried to implement, including, and steps beyond Froyo.

Questions about specific hardware is always difficult to answer if readers of a forum do not own that specific, or do not have any knowledge of it. A dedicated forum is always going to turn up faster replies to posts. Such a forum in your own case can be found **HERE** Loosely related topics can be found on that forum **HERE**

Similarly. - Specific **ANDROID FORUMS** can connected you with like minded individuals who have the same problems.

**PdaNet** Seems to have solved problems similar to yours.

My advice would be to go with the manufacturer as a first step in your case, as I do not know of your firmware or any underlying problems or incompatibility issues in your particular or specific setup.

John. :)
