luke112346
So I bought a new computer and I bought a 1TB hard drive with it and they gave me a free 30GB hard drive to go with it. Its free not like i was gonna turn it down, but now what my problem is the company that send me the computer put windows 7 and make the 30gb harddrive my primary hard drive. So im thinking no problem ill just put all my stuff onto the secondary, but now whats happening is since everything is run through the primary ( that is full) it wont even let me do stuff in my secondary. So bassicaly what im trying to do is put some videos onto a zip folder, the videos are huge, I put them into the secondary hard drive and then made a zip folder and tried to put them into that zip folder but it still keeps giving me error that hard drive is full.so basically whats the best way to go about fixing this problem/>http://screencast.com/t/JpJwWBc7VmM
MANEMAN
Hi Luke. You can transfer files off of the primary drive very easily with a Live CDHere is how to do it: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/17044/move-files-from-a-failing-pc-with-an-ubuntu-live-cd/John.
