I have an antivirus in place and have no problem in internet.I dismissed the first call as a prank call.Second call came yesterday the person operating said he is calling from Australia (New south Wales) they are the external agency handling Windows support, the number given to me was 61390018685 and the call was made by Craig.He said i was to execute certain commands in my computer. It sounding suspicious to mePosting it in forum to ask does window support team have such a process of informing customers?I stay in Singapore so does Australian call centers handle south east asian countries as well?Appreciate your help i have Windows 7 O/SThanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would also run a full battery of malware scans on your computer and make sure it is updated.
