Rick-343 Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 I have Windows XP OS. My computer has all of sudden started crashing. It happens about 3 or 4 times then seems to work ok for awhile. Then will crash again. I have received an error message to turn off shadowing and empty my cassha. I do get annoying shawdows when I save a document to Microsoft word.Any help would be appreciated. pawz7 Posted March 23, 2011 Report Share Posted March 23, 2011 it might help to look in Event viewer ( control panel - admin tools)to see what application or module is causing the crashes - and do you get any blue screen messages?
