linkypete
Hi, i hope someone maybe able to help, I am in the early stages of Rolling Thin Client out across 3 college i am associated with, to use terminal services via windows server 2008, which runs via RDP 7, i am wondering if the computer need to be of a minimum specific hardware to run RDP 7, or can i use legacy machines optiplex 260 and 280, we also have newer kit, but some machines are well past there useful date, and we will be looking at changing machines to specific thin client or mini (ie acer revo type things). ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
I don't think RDP needs any especially powerful machine; I'm sure an Optiplex 280 can do the job nicely.
