The DVD wil play fine on laptops but will not play on DVD players connected to a TV. I have tried it on several TVs and it won't play. The DVD is MPEG format. -pops- Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 The disc needs to be in DVD Format - specifically designed for playing on regular DVD players.A disc burning program such as Nero will do the conversion for you and there are some freebies but I've not had much success with the ones I've tried.There are some DVD players play will play MPEG, AVI, WMP etc. formats but this isn't the norm.
