Script Sniffer

Recommended Posts

All,

I have several Win Servers and recently we started getting messages from Google saying we were spamming the inet and would soon get blacklisted, so ran WireShark on the network and found the inet spamming was all coming from one machine.

I disconnected the machine from the network, till one of my admins could look at it. He found nothing on it running conventional sniffer tools.

We both agree that we must have some sort of java or javascript program running, but with java and javascript, when looking at running processes, you only get the process for the java runtime module itself, which loads at startup and runs all the time.

What I need is a Script Sniffer that can ID the actual scripts running on the server, show what they do, where they send info to; so I can find and eliminate this errant and nuisance script.

I've been searching the web but not finding what I need. Hoping someone has some info they can pass me on this.

Thanks!
