install a 2nd native language

hi,

i am using the win 7 home premium pt-pt 64 bit

i am using a lot of programs in Russian language and i am also hearing a lot of russian songs.

when i run a russian program instead of normal letters i get the letters that i show in the attached pictures.

i get the same thing in winamp.

but in word, notepad++ with the right encoding i solve the problem.

but wha ti have to do to do the same in windows, taht is to put the windows to understand the russian characters????

1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Startbutton , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.

2.Click the Administrative tab, and then, under Language fornon-Unicode programs (System Locale), click Change system locale. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password orprovide confirmation.

3.Select the language, and then click OK.
