dark_master Posted August 16, 2011 Report Share Posted August 16, 2011 hi,i am using the win 7 home premium pt-pt 64 biti am using a lot of programs in Russian language and i am also hearing a lot of russian songs.when i run a russian program instead of normal letters i get the letters that i show in the attached pictures.i get the same thing in winamp.but in word, notepad++ with the right encoding i solve the problem.but wha ti have to do to do the same in windows, taht is to put the windows to understand the russian characters????i thank you in advance for your answer Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bludgard Posted August 17, 2011 Report Share Posted August 17, 2011 1.Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Startbutton , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options. 2.Click the Administrative tab, and then, under Language fornon-Unicode programs (System Locale), click Change system locale.
