robvog Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 Hi,When I start my pc on normal mode it freezes up but in safe mode with network options it works.I have a new hard drive as well as a new windows 7 installed yesterday.I imagine it cant be an unsolvable problem or I wouldnt be able to operate in safe mode.Any advice would be much appreciated. -pops- Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 Did you install the hard drive and the new operating system yourself?If not, take the machine back to the person who did the modification and get him/her to correct their error.If you did the changeover yourself, the first thing to do would be to repeat the whole procedure from the start.
